Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mewa Mantra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, we follow strict guidelines on cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at contact@mewamantra.in.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on opened packages, used products, or items without proper proof of issue.
